Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026 · Version 2026-09-09
Please read these terms before creating an account. Trial, billing, and cancellation details are in sections 4 and 5.
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of ReplyFellow, operated by Red Seam, Inc., based in Utah, United States (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices. Contact: replyfellow@redseam.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share accounts to bypass usage limits or create accounts to repeatedly obtain trial access.
3. What the service does
ReplyFellow helps you discover public X posts and generate rankings, reply suggestions, and a personalized writing profile. You decide what to edit, copy, and publish. ReplyFellow is independent of and is not endorsed by X. Search results, verification labels, language filters, media, availability, and timeliness depend in part on external services and may be incomplete or incorrect.
4. Plans, trial, and recurring billing
The current plan is US$6 per month or US$60 per year, as selected at checkout. Any applicable taxes or different expressly offered terms will be disclosed before purchase. New eligible accounts receive a 3-day free trial with a payment method required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges the selected monthly or annual price when the trial ends and on each subsequent renewal. The annual plan is billed as one US$60 charge, not monthly installments. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge; subscription enrollment occurs through checkout.
One trial is available per account; abuse or repeated trial creation is prohibited. Existing subscriptions do not receive a new trial. The plan currently includes 2,000 searches and 500 reply generations per monthly allowance window, including for annual subscribers. A single draft, three-option generation, or refinement each counts as one reply generation. AI rankings and voice-profile learning are included. Trial accounts receive the same allowances during the three-day trial; a paid period starts fresh monthly allowances. Unused allowances do not roll over. Rate limits and reasonable technical safeguards also apply.
By completing subscription checkout, you authorize recurring charges as disclosed there. Keep payment details current. Failed payments can suspend access. We will provide advance notice of price or material plan changes affecting an existing subscription, which will take effect no earlier than a later renewal unless you expressly agree otherwise.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel through Billing → Manage billing in your account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of your trial or current paid period. If you cannot access cancellation, promptly email replyfellow@redseam.com for assistance. Uninstalling, stopping use, or deleting browser data does not cancel a subscription.
Except where required by law or expressly agreed by us, charges are non-refundable and we do not issue prorated refunds for unused time or allowances. Contact us about a billing error so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. If we permanently discontinue the paid service or terminate your account without cause before the end of a prepaid period, we will refund the unused portion.
6. Your content and AI output
You retain rights you hold in content you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, and transmit that content to operate, secure, and provide the features you request, including through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. This is not permission to sell your private content or use it for unrelated advertising. The license lasts only as needed for those purposes and permitted retention.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and allow this processing. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of AI output generated for you; this does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, originality, or freedom from third-party rights. Similar output may be generated for other people. Public posts and external media remain subject to their owners’ rights.
7. Review AI output before publishing
AI output can be inaccurate, fabricated, biased, offensive, or unsuitable. Review and edit it before use, especially factual claims, personal experiences, quotations, and references to others. Output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee engagement, follower growth, revenue, accuracy, or that a suggestion complies with X rules. You are responsible for your decision to publish and for compliance with applicable law and platform rules.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use ReplyFellow for unlawful conduct, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, privacy violations, infringement, spam, or prohibited platform manipulation. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, or material you lack permission to process. Do not interfere with security, evade payment or quotas, scrape the service at scale without permission, resell account access, or attempt to access another user’s data. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Service rights, changes, and suspension
We retain rights in ReplyFellow’s software, branding, and design, excluding your content and third-party materials. We grant you a limited right to use the service under these Terms. We may improve or change features and providers. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, or dependencies outside our control.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for a material breach, nonpayment, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Where practicable and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time; cancel recurring billing as described above.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant external services or content. These disclaimers do not exclude statutory guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from these Terms or use of the service. Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
12. Third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to claims caused by our own breach, negligence, or misconduct. We will give prompt notice of a claim and reasonable cooperation; no settlement may impose an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.
13. Disputes and general provisions
Please contact replyfellow@redseam.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. This does not prevent urgent relief or the exercise of statutory rights. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, Utah law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or any right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any expressly agreed subscription terms constitute the agreement about the service. We may update these Terms with notice appropriate to the change; material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued claims or authorize new charges without required consent.
